difference between a driver and dll

I don't know where I read it..juss to keep it handy ..i am posting in the blog.
Difference between a driver and dll?

The difference between a MS Windows driver and a DLL, is what libraries they link against. The NT drivers (SYS files) link against ntoskrnl.exe and HAL.DLL while Win32 PEs (DLL/EXE) link against kernel32.dll and ntdll.dll.
